Jesus, My Nuclear Physicist

In the beginning...That's how it all starts, right. You've read it, I've read it...He made all the fish in the sea, the birds of the air. He made man in his own image...But for some reason, I have never really considered the real implications of what He created...The Universe!! The Whole Universe!!! We listen to Hawking, and Sagan, and yada yada yada, I'm not saying we AGREE with them, but I have thought,"boy, they are so smart, wrong, but uber smart." Then it occurred to me...My God is smarter...This isn't just a "my dad can beat up your dad" idea. Jesus is my savior, my Lord, my Tower...But he is also my physician, my brain surgeon, my authority on global warming (chortle, chortle), my most reliable source for molecular biology, applied mathematics, the ONLY accurate choice for planetary formation, Dude, I could go on...What's the point? No, I don't have a lot of free time...But I needed to see my God in a different way...He is a healer, a peace maker, our hope, but He is even more...I needed to see him on an intellectual level, for the incredible intellectual power that he is...I knew he created all that is, but could he derive the quadratic equation (don't EVER ask me to). Some may think I am a bit touched. But for me, coming to the realization that I serve The Almighty source, on all subjects, end of discussion...I love Him so much...Because even though He is all these things, He chooses to love me unconditionally. I just can't believe it....
